Michael A Jones is a former NFL linebacker who has a noteworthy career on the field. His most noteworthy play being “the tackle” when he stopped Kevin Dyson short of the goal line on the last play of Super Bowl XXXIV. As exceptional as his career in the NFL was, Mike’s work off of the field is what has had a lasting impact on communities across the U.S. Mike’s extensive charity work has garnered him a reputation of being people-first and has allowed his individual surety to be widely accepted and recognized.

Starting her experience with underwriting at sixteen, Ms. Kelly has extensive experience underwriting and supporting contractors in any way she can. Her expertise is in administrative and contractual fulfillments, as well as term negotiations due to her experience in the risk assessment field, further qualifying her to coordinate surety bonds.

Jack joined the Bountiful team in 2025 after 16+ years in the hospitality industry, and 2+ years working at an AM Law 200 firm. He’s an alumnus of the University of Central Florida where he graduated with a degree in integrated business. He uses his past experience to ensure our clients surety needs are met, as well as assessing new contractors and finding ways to provide great service to those who have challenges obtaining surety.
